If you are not completely happy with the health and vitality of your air plants we will replace them at no cost to you. Just notify us via email with a photo of the damaged plants within 30 days of receiving your order and we will ship out replacements. No return or shipping charges. It is that simple.

Our air plants are guaranteed against winter shipping conditions. We will replace damaged plants at no cost to you.

  • Free, Fast Shipping for All Orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $7.95. 
  • Same Day Shipping for orders placed before 3 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday
  • Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Time will ship the next day
  • All Plants are shipped via fast USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail depending on order weight
  • Most orders arrive 2 to 5 days after you place the order. The current COVID-19 situation has caused some delays with mail delivery.
  • We ship around the year, despite your local weather conditions. If you are concerned about daytime temperatures below freezing, and you are not home when mail is delivered, please have the plants shipped to where you are located during the day (your place of work or school). However, plants received damaged are always covered by our 30 Day Guarantee.

          Fast Shipping

          All orders over $60 ship for free. Most plants will ship with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Non-living items are sent with FedEx Ground.

          30 Day Guarantee

          We will replace dead or dying plants once within a 30 day period. Contact us via email at info@airplantsupplyco.com with photos.

          Sustainable Farming

          All of our tillandsia are farmed by CITES-certified nurseries. We do not support the collection of plants from the wild.
