Air Plant Supply Co. accepts the following forms of payment:

Sales Tax:


A 9.5% sales tax will be applied to merchandise shipped to a Washington state address.

Shipping and Handling:

We normally ship within 5 business days of receiving your completed order. We are currently shipping via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail service, which generally takes 2-3 business days for delivery. We can ship to P.O. Boxes and domestic APO/FPO addresses. We apologize, but at this time we cannot ship orders outside of the United States.

For rush shipping quotes or arrangements, please contact us at (877) 360-1177 or info@airplantsupplyco.com. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses cannot be expedited.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns

We're sure you're going to love your air plants, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the plants within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund (shipping charges are not refundable). Returns should be sent along with a copy of your receipt to the address below. Because we cannot be responsible for packages sent back to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, we suggest that you place a new order for the plants you would like before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange plants are in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned order and send you a notification email.
