Just notify us via email with a photo of the damaged plants within 30 days of receiving your order and we will ship out replacements. No return or shipping charges. It is that simple.

If you are concerned about daytime temperatures below freezing, and you are not home when mail is delivered, please have the plants shipped to where you are located during the day (your place of work or school). However, plants received damaged are always covered by our 30 Day Guarantee.

I have enjoyed my jump into tillandsia and have had a good experience overall with the quality and health of the plants that I received. My last shipment was subpar and I definitely believe it was more weather related than the fault of the company. However, a representative quickly responded and gave me credit for my next purchase.
